THE TEN DAYS OF AWE
As we embark on this sacred journey through the 10 Days of Awe, you may find yourself unfamiliar with their significance. However, we are blessed to have Rabbi Moshe Gutnick, the Senior Dayan (leader) of the Sydney Beth Din (House of Judgement / Rabbinic Court), as our guide during this period.
While Rabbi Gutnick may not share the belief in Jesus as the Messiah (yet), he will shed light on these 10 days, akin to how Jesus taught the hearts and minds of many about this time, when the books of life are opened, revealing the profound essence of this period.
Join us on Monday, September 18th, from 8 to 9 PM AEST, as Rabbi Moshe Gutnick unravels the significance of:
1. Rosh HaShana (Jewish New Year): Discover how this celebration extends beyond the Jewish community, marking the commencement of a universal period of reverence.
2. The Ten Days Leading to Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement): Explore the lesser-known but essential precursor to the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) a well-known festival that also resonates with Christians.
Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your understanding.
